Overview
The largest Claripose in our range, 12 × 10 cm covers longer surgical incisions — caesarean, abdominal and orthopaedic wounds — with a full-length absorbent pad and a waterproof film margin that seals securely on all sides.
As with the whole Claripose family, the film is transparent for no-touch wound inspection and breathable for skin health, while the low-adherent pad releases without trauma at changes. Sterile, individually pouched.

Which wounds need the 12 × 10 cm size?
Longer incisions such as caesarean sections, laparotomy and hip/knee surgical wounds — anywhere the pad must span 10 cm or more with sealing margin.
Will it stay sealed on moving areas?
The conformable film tolerates normal movement well. On high-flex sites, orient the long axis along the limb and smooth the edges thoroughly at application.
