Shipping policy

JV Medical is a Western Australian business and currently delivers within Western Australia only. This policy explains our delivery areas, costs and timeframes.

Delivery costs

Serviced areas cover the Perth metropolitan region and surrounds (broadly the Two Rocks to Mandurah corridor). Your delivery cost is confirmed at checkout once you enter your postcode.

Regional and remote WA

We regularly supply practices outside the metro area. For regional and remote WA postcodes, delivery is arranged individually so we can choose the most reliable and economical carrier for your location — please contact us or call (08) 6199 7931 before or after placing your order and we will confirm options and any cost with you.

Outside Western Australia

We do not currently offer standard shipping outside WA. If you are an interstate practice interested in our range, get in touch and we will let you know what is possible.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are dispatched promptly on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding WA public holidays).
• Perth metro deliveries typically arrive within a few business days of dispatch; regional deliveries depend on the carrier and destination.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email, and tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Receiving your order

• Please check your delivery promptly on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@jvmedical.com.au with your order number and photos where relevant — we will sort it out quickly.
• You can add delivery instructions at checkout (for example, reception hours or a safe place for your clinic).
