- Do the prices include GST?
- Yes — every price on JV Medical is shown GST-inclusive, with the ex-GST amount displayed on product pages. A GST tax invoice is emailed with every order.
- How much is delivery?
- Delivery is free for orders of $150 or more to serviced WA areas, and a flat $15 for smaller orders. For regional or remote WA, please contact us on (08) 6199 7931 to arrange delivery.
- Can I return an item?
- Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene and infection-control reasons some opened items cannot be returned — see our returns policy for details.
