Who we supply

We serve general practices, podiatrists, skin and cosmetic clinics, physiotherapists and allied health professionals across WA. Whether you order a single box of gloves or restock a whole treatment room, the experience is the same: clear GST-inclusive pricing, fast WA dispatch and a straightforward 30-day returns policy on unopened items.

Why we started

JV Medical is owned and run by a practising Western Australian GP. Running a practice means ordering the same consumables month after month, and too often that meant long waits for stock from the east coast, ex-GST price lists that hid the real cost, and suppliers who did not know the products they were selling. We started JV Medical to be the supplier we wanted for our own practice: local, transparent and focused on what a general practice actually uses.

Local WA service

Stock is held in our warehouse in Wangara and orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery is free over $150 to serviced WA areas and a flat $15 otherwise, with arrangements available for regional and remote practices. Transparent pricing

Every price on the site includes GST, with the ex-GST figure shown alongside, so the price you see is the price you pay. A tax invoice is emailed automatically with every order, and larger pack sizes already carry volume pricing where we can offer it.

An expanding consumables range

The consumables range grows every month, guided by what practices ask for. It currently includes examination and surgical gloves, Australian-made Detmold surgical masks and N95 respirators, sterile dressing packs, island dressings, skin closures, gauze and bandages, SMI sutures, syringes and needles, Clinell and V-Wipes disinfectant wipes, antiseptics and saline, urinalysis strips and ECG electrodes, and examination couch rolls. If there is something your practice uses that we do not yet stock, tell us — that is how most of our new lines are chosen.

Instruments for minor procedures

Alongside consumables we carry the instruments a minor-procedure room needs: needle holders, scissors, forceps, podiatry clippers and scalpel handles in surgical-grade stainless steel, with tungsten carbide options where the extra jaw hardness earns its keep. Our surgical instruments are registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and produced by a manufacturer certified to ISO 13485, the international quality management standard for medical devices. Compliance documentation is available on request, and all reusable instruments in our range are autoclavable and supplied with care guidance.
