Our story
JV Medical was started with a simple observation: Western Australian clinics deserve a local supplier that treats instrument quality and pricing transparency as non-negotiables. Too often, practices are left choosing between long shipping waits from the east coast, opaque ex-GST price lists, or instruments that dull and corrode after a handful of sterilisation cycles.
We set out to fix that. Our range is deliberately focused — needle holders, scissors, forceps, podiatry clippers, scalpel handles and everyday consumables like examination bed rolls — so that every line we carry is one we are confident recommending. Instruments are offered in surgical-grade stainless steel, with tungsten carbide options where the extra jaw hardness genuinely earns its keep.

All reusable instruments in our range are autoclavable and supplied with care guidance — we publish practical cleaning and sterilisation advice on our blog because well-cared-for instruments are safer for patients and better value for practices.
