Ordering & Payment
Do your prices include GST?
Yes — every price on our website includes GST. The GST component is itemised on your tax invoice, which is emailed to you automatically with every order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, processed securely by eWAY — one of Australia's leading payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed on eWAY's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure over an encrypted connection. JV Medical never sees or stores your full card number.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across serviced areas of Western Australia. Orders over $150 ship free; orders under $150 attract a $15 flat rate. For regional and remote WA, please contact us on (08) 6199 7931 to arrange delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Perth metro deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.
How do I track my order?
Use the Order Tracking page with your order number (e.g. JV-100123) and email address, or sign in to your account to view live order status and history.
Products
Are your surgical instruments autoclavable?
Yes. All our stainless steel and tungsten carbide instruments are designed for repeated steam sterilisation. Care and sterilisation guidance is included on each product page.
What is the difference between SS and TC instruments?
SS instruments are made entirely of surgical-grade stainless steel. TC (tungsten carbide) instruments have ultra-hard tungsten carbide inserts at the working tips — identified by gold handles — which grip more securely and keep their precision much longer. TC is the choice for heavy or repeated clinical use.
Are your surgical instruments TGA registered?
Yes. Our surgical instruments are registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and are manufactured by an ISO 13485-certified manufacturer — the international quality standard for medical devices. Compliance documentation is available on request.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes — unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened sterile or single-use items can't be returned unless faulty. See our Returns Policy for details.

Do you supply clinics, hospitals and government buyers?
