Yes. Payments are processed on eWAY's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure over an encrypted connection. JV Medical never sees or stores your full card number.

We currently deliver across serviced areas of Western Australia. Orders over $150 ship free; orders under $150 attract a $15 flat rate. For regional and remote WA, please contact us on (08) 6199 7931 to arrange delivery.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Perth metro deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Yes. All our stainless steel and tungsten carbide instruments are designed for repeated steam sterilisation. Care and sterilisation guidance is included on each product page.

SS instruments are made entirely of surgical-grade stainless steel. TC (tungsten carbide) instruments have ultra-hard tungsten carbide inserts at the working tips — identified by gold handles — which grip more securely and keep their precision much longer. TC is the choice for heavy or repeated clinical use.

Yes. Our surgical instruments are registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Compliance documentation is available on request.

Yes. Our surgical masks and N95 respirators are made in Adelaide by Detmold Medical and are included on the TGA Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). The Level 3 masks meet AS 4381:2015 and the N95 respirators are additionally assessed for P2 facial fit under AS/NZS 1716:2012.

Most staff fit the Regular, but we stock Small, Regular and Large so every team member can achieve a compliant seal. For a fit-testing session we suggest ordering one box of each size, then standardising on the sizes your team passes in.

Yes — our Level 3 surgical masks, visor masks and N95 respirators are manufactured by Detmold Medical in Adelaide, South Australia, and carry the Australian Made & Owned certification. Local manufacture means dependable supply for your practice.

Most of our wound care range — island dressings, skin closure strips, dressing packs and sterile gauze — is supplied sterile in individually sealed pouches, clearly marked on each product page. We also stock non-sterile bulk gauze and crepe bandages for general use; check the “Sterility” line in each product’s specifications.

We stock both. GloveOn Eureka, Reflex and Avalon are 100% nitrile — not made with natural rubber latex — and suit practices managing latex allergy. GloveOn Innova exam gloves and Hamilton surgical gloves are natural rubber latex for teams that prefer latex's fit and feel. Every product page states the material clearly in its specifications.

GloveOn Avalon gloves are engineered to break down in biologically active environments such as anaerobic digesters and landfill in years rather than the decades standard nitrile takes, verified under the ASTM D5526 and D5511 test methods. In use they perform identically to standard nitrile exam gloves — AQL 1.5, powder free and chemo-drug tested.

Yes. The GloveOn examination and surgical gloves we stock are included on the TGA Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (each product page lists its ARTG number) and are manufactured by Mun in ISO 13485-accredited facilities.

Yes — unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened sterile or single-use items can't be returned unless faulty. See our Returns Policy for details.
