Overview
The GuardON 1.4 L Portable Sharps Container is a yellow, non-sterile sharps disposal container with a white lid and a carry handle — a compact size for portable use, home visits or a small treatment room. The base is made from 100% recycled material, and the hinged one-way flap lets staff drop sharps in with one hand while stopping the contents from falling back out.
How to use
Do not fill above the maximum fill line marked on the container. For a temporary closure, press the lid gently until you feel a soft resistance. For a permanent closure, press the lid firmly until the locking mechanism engages. Use the integrated handle to carry it.
Safety
Keep the container upright and do not place hands inside. Do not empty or re-use. Dispose of full containers in line with your facility's or local clinical-waste protocols.
