1. GENERAL POLICY
  • All products sold on JV Medical are eligible for return or refund only under specific conditions outlined below.

  • Due to the nature of medical products, hygiene and safety standards are strictly observed. Some products may not be eligible for returns once opened or used.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

You may request a return or refund if:

  1. The product is defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery.

  2. The product received is different from what was ordered.

  3. The product was delivered in unsatisfactory condition (e.g., broken packaging, leaking).

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • You must provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue.

  • Original packaging, tags, and inserts must be returned (if applicable).

3. INELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used medical equipment or consumables (e.g., masks, gloves, wound dressings once opened)

  • Disposable medical devices once the seal or packaging is broken

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@jvmedical.com or via the Contact Us page.

  2. Provide your order number, date of purchase, and images/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

Once approved:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number.

  • You must ship the item back within 5 business days.

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. REFUND PROCESS
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. EXCHANGES
  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION
  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • If an order is canceled after shipment, a return must be initiated per this policy.

8. DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
  • If your package arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging.

  • Take photos of the outer packaging and the item.
